A weekend of Paper Love

As I mentioned in the previous post, I went to Edinburgh to meet some of the alumni from the PaperLove e-course. I was very lucky a couple of years back when I won a spot on the course (because of this post I did). And I am very lucky now, because I got to spend the weekend surrounded by women who are in love with all things paper, just like me.

We got to play around, and make beautiful things...

Paint hearts and then book bind them together...

And talk and eat, share stories and exchange paper...

Then work some more...

I actually had a dream (on saturday night) about rocks in the shape of hearts, and a beautiful book- binded book (it was blue of course)...

And then we finished this one, and I am jumping with joy with the result, I mean... look at those wonky hearts, and that beautiful cover? What's not to love?

So far this is all I got inside, but I don't like to rush and fill things up...

These are some of the "alumni" I got to spend the weekend with... spot the mess?? Yeah baby!!! That's the stuff dreams are made of...

Like rocks in the shape of hearts...

Paper doilies, and my first ever Peanut Butter Jammie Dodgers!! Yummyyyy!!!

Sending you lots of LOVE and wishing a very lovely Valentine's day!

  1. Thanks for this share Giova. I also enjoyed the post you did explaining how you actually got to join in on the first PaperLove e-course. I read the names of the other bloggers involved in the Blog Hop (I presume that is why they are listed) and smiled to see a few familiar names who had also been a part of our group. It's quite remarkable how the internet is becoming a more familiar and friendly place as one collects more and more friends and acquaintances through shared interests.

I must have a go at making those biscuits - I think I have the recipe too (from Flow? Or was it The Simple Things?) And I do hope that you will make your dream blue book one day. :)

  6. I believe this will help your website become more organized because you have decided to set a part on this site for the inquiries regarding tax and as well as the helpful discussions. To be honest, this is one of the few sites that are doing this kind of strategy. Also, I think that this will not only benefit your clients or the potential ones but you most especially buy custom essays because you will be able to see the questions easier.

  8. If we are going to talk about murals, it is a harsh reality that there are people who do not appreciate artworks like this. I fell bad, but there is less that I can do; I want them to realize help with assignment that murals are beautiful and worth appreciating. But I simply don't know where to start. Sometimes, I think of writing as my way to influence people to appraiser things that should be appreciated. I don't know if that is going to be effective, but I want to give it a try.
